InAugust, the company held The conference of Corporate culture and Safety Eventawards.

Thisaward was divided into two stages, the first one is the award of safetyactivities. In June, Security and Environmental protection department carriedout safety slogan essay competition and tug-of-war competition. It alsoreceived high attention from all departments, and everyone applied actively.After a fierce competition, a total of 8 outstanding employees and 4 teams wereselected for commendation.   

Inthe corporate culture contest, we based on their own from a practical point ofview and wrote down Dowell’s culture. Based on our company's developmentstatus, original cultural and the contributions collected, we finallydetermined the core value: “Innovation   High efficiency   Workhard   Teamwork”.
